LAWYER
Romée Wouters
Romée feels at home in employment law. Every day, she handles a wide variety of client issues. These clients include (international) companies as well as, for example, trade unions, works councils and individual employees. Alleviating her client's concerns is a great motivation for Romée. Her empathetic approach fits well with what employment and participation law often requires. At the same time, Romée has no qualms about taking a tough stance when a case calls for it. And although Romée always prefers a practical solution to a dispute, she writes a clear memorandum, letter or litigation document just as easily.
